PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION

Specialize in project implementation and integration, with each project managed by a dedicated Project Manager or Lead Engineer. Supported by a team of experienced engineers and qualified personnel, we handle key activities such as planning, documentation, procurement, and manufacturing. We participate in project kick-off meetings to establish a solid foundation and attend HAZOP meetings to address any safety concerns.

Our team manages complete project document control, starting with the preparation of the Vendor Data Register List (VDRL) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). We then provide detailed documentation, including General Assembly Drawings, 3D Models, Schematic Diagrams, Test Procedures, WPS/PQR, and more.

INSPECTION & TESTING

We conduct a step-by-step inspection and testing process on all our products to ensure that they are safe and reliable to use. Our engineers and technicians work together to carry out a detailed Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) with client hold point and witnesses. 

These include in-process inspection and final inspection such as hydrostatic test, gas-leak test, high voltage test, functional test and more.
